Registration Process:
*Please complete all steps before the tryout date*
1. Determine your child's correct age division. Please click the link to determine your child's correct age for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. USAV Age Divisions

2. Register for PEPVB tryouts online under our "Training Packages" tab at the top of the website page. Please register for the correct age division based on step 1.
*You MUST try out for your age division. NO EXCEPTIONS. Some athletes may be asked to stay for the next age group's tryout time slot for the potential to play "up" an age division. This is not guaranteed and is the head coaches and club director's decision to make (not the parents or players decision) at the end of each tryout session.
*The tryout fee is $25 per player and is non-refundable.
3. Register for a SRVA (our region) tryout membership through: SportsEngine Memberships
You will have to sign up through SportsEngine and purchase the 23-24 SRVA-T1 Tryout - July-Sept. Membership.
*The tryout membership is $10.00 in total, and you WILL NOT be allowed to tryout without providing a physical copy of your membership card.
*If a player has a current SRVA membership from the 2022-2023 season, they do not need a tryout membership as they are covered through the end of August. A physical copy of their membership card will need to be brought to tryouts.

Tuition Coverage Breakdown:
10U-16U Local
Includes:
-Volleyball Performance sessions the first 3 weeks of November and 3 "Indy" Skills Sessions in November (Saturdays)
-2 (2 hour) Practices a week starting at the end of November - April.
-Minimum of 5 season tournaments (at least one per month)
-Free recruiting services via. FieldLevel (15U & 16U only)
-Has the option to join the volleyball performance sessions at an extra charge
13U-16U Travel
Includes:
-Volleyball Performance sessions the first 3 weeks of November and 3 "Indy" Skills Sessions in November (Saturdays)
-2 (2 hour) Practices a week starting at the end of November - April.
-1 volleyball performance session a week with Coach Snow
-Minimum of 5 season tournaments (at least one per month)
-Has the option to fundraise and play in extra tournaments. Ex: AAU Nationals, Big South National Qualifier, etc.
-Has the option to fundraise for a team Hudl account and video (streaming and highlight) services
-Free recruiting services via. FieldLevel (15U & 16U only)

*Sibling discount only applies to the season tuition, not any of the up-front fees (SRVA Membership Fee, Tryout Fee, or Initial Acceptance Fee). The first sibling is full tuition and second sibling is half tuition. If one sibling is on a travel team and the other is on a local team, the half off discount applies to the local team tuition pricing.
*Fundraising is for tournament fees and uniforms not included in the tuition. Anything you fundraise over the necessary amount to cover those fees goes towards your club tuition. In other words, the more you fundraise the less you have to pay out of pocket for club.
*Initial Acceptance fee holds your roster spot and helps pay coaches travel expenses for tournaments.
